Join ESC for a Night at the Pitch with Forward Madison FC

ESC has coordinated a night at the Forward Madison FC, Madison's new American professional soccer team on August 24th at 7pm. You are invited to join other ESC players and families at what is guaranteed to be a fun night!  Click on the flyer below for more information and the link to purchase tickets

In addition, Forward Madison FC is offering ESC players the opportunity to be Player Escorts or Ball Boy/Girls.  If you player would like the opportunity to walk onto the field with the players or ball boy/girl, just simply sign up below.  Please note: Once the ball kids/escort positions are full, you will no longer be able to register on line.  As the game approaches, there will be further instructions (where to be/time, etc.) for all those that signed up.

Founded in 1992, the Evansville Soccer Club's mission is to provide opportunities for the personal development of its members through the game of soccer. The club teaches players and families the fundamentals of soccer, good sportsmanship, teamwork and hometown pride through an in-house league and participation in the Madison Area Youth Soccer Association (MAYSA). Teams are formed at different age and competition levels, according to player interest and coach availability. The ESC also sponsors youth soccer camps, indoor winter training, youth soccer nights at the high school, and the July 4th Run/Walk.

ESC and Rush WI Collaboration

Evansville Soccer club is elated to announce a new collaboration with Rush Wisconsin Soccer. This allows for Rush Wisconsin to provide specific services to meet the needs and interest of Evansville Soccer club. Key services that will be provided by Rush Wisconsin include:

  • A professional trainer that will work collaboratively on a weekly basis with ESC coaches, ESC players, ESC teams, and the ESC Director of Coaching team (Maddy Blain and Brandon Jerstad)

  • An age specific curriculum and accompanying lesson plans to assist parent volunteer coaches

  • Coaching education and support for parent coaches

  • Access to Rush Training Center in Middleton (specialized individual training program for players)

  • Club passing into tournament games (when available) with Rush Wisconsin teams

  • Rush Wisconsin camps (conducted in Evansville)

  • College Assistance Program for High School players

Ben John, Technical Director for Rush Wisconsin commented, "Rush Wisconsin is elated to be involved with Evansville Soccer Club. I am so impressed by the passion and ambition of the soccer community in Evansville. We are really looking forward to working with the players, teams, coaches and Board of Directors in Evansville to advance the game of soccer and their level of competitiveness. The long term goal and vision of Evansville soccer is to impact the younger age group development with a vision to create the most competitive high school boys and girls soccer program in the state. We look forward to playing an important and supportive role in Evansville realizing this goal."

The knowledge and coaching resources that Rush Wisconsin has to offer in addition to the implementation of a Director of Coaching team will help Evansville Soccer Club further develop our youth players, giving them the opportunity to continue to improve their soccer skills and take their game to the next level.”
