MAYSA League / Travel Teams

U9 & U10 Programs

At this level, players are introduced to MAYSA League play at the recreational level, playing teams outside of the Evansville soccer club.  

  • All-girl teams are formed if there are enough girl players
  • Players have 2 weeknight practices each week. These training sessions focus on the technical skills and tactical elements of the game to better assist every player in their soccer education. Training, at this level, will include the involvement of a RUSH WI Soccer Staff providing hands-on coach and player development as per our collaboration with RUSH WI Soccer. 
  • 16 games (eight in Fall 2019, eight in Spring 2020) in MAYSA league.  Most games on weekends (half of the games played in Evansville)  
  • Teams will play in one tournament (included with club registration fee) 

U11 - U14 Programs

At this level, players participate in MAYSA League play at the Classic level, playing teams outside of the Evansville soccer club.  

  • Separate girls and boys teamed are formed 
  • Players have 2-3 weeknight practices each week. These training sessions focus on the technical skills and tactical elements of the game to better assist every player in their development with the goal of preparing players for High School play. Training, at this level, will include the involvement of a RUSH WI Soccer Staff providing hands-on coach and player development as per our collaboration with RUSH WI Soccer. 
  • 16 games (eight in Fall 2019, eight in Spring 2020) in MAYSA league.  Most games on weekends (half of the games played in Evansville)  
  • Teams will play in 2-6 tournaments a season (2 tournaments are included in your registration fee; any additional tournaments are at an additional cost.) 

U15 - U19 High School Program

At this level, players continue to work on footwork and tactical skills to prepare them for their high school seasons. High School players play club soccer during the opposite season of their high school teams (girls play club soccer in the Fall and boys play in the Spring.)

  • Players have 2-3 weeknight practices each week
  • 8 games and 1 tournament
  • Teams will play in 1 tournament a season 
  • Rush WI will provide 1-2 training sessions per season 
  • With the Rush WI collaboration, ESC High School players are eligible to participate in the Rush WI College Advisory Program for High School players providing a step by step process to help players to play soccer at the college level.
