Registration for Spring 2024 is CLOSED.
Parents of all new and returning players must register online. Payment is due at time of registration. All registered players are placed on a team that they will play with for the next season (Fall and Spring.) Uniform orders for our MAYSA League teams will occur later this Summer - stay tuned.
All ESC registration fees include a non-refundable processing fee, listed below. Any late fees assessed also are non-refundable.
If a family requests to withdraw a player from a program for which he/she is registered after registration is closed and before the team's first practice/training, ESC will issue a refund for the total registration fee, minus the processing fee and any late fees paid. The family will be responsible for the processing fee. Once practices have started for the team, no refunds will be issued.
Refund requests must be made in writing via email to the ESC MAYSA Advisor or ESC President. The Board will consider appeals to the refund policy on a case-by-case basis. Possible reasons for appeal include, but are not limited to:

2023-2024 Registration Fees
To ensure that every child has the opportunity to play soccer regardless of socioeconomic status, the Evansville Soccer Club offers registration fee assistance. Participants who are eligible for free or reduced price school lunch qualify for this assistance assistance.
If you are requesting fee assistance, you must complete the below application form and send it to the Club Registrar via email at esc.wi.registrar@gmail.com before you register. Thank you.
All registered ESC families are required to volunteer to help with the functions necessary for running our volunteer-led club. The Service Hours requirements outlined in this policy require a minimum number of service hours for each family. Alternatively, a family may choose to “buy-out” their volunteer obligation at a fee for their player’s age group amount. This is not intended as a way to fund raise for the club, but rather is an incentive for all families to contribute their time and talents for the benefit of all club members. The Service Hours Buyout payment is due upon registration. The service hour requirements are per family, despite how many children you have playing in the club. Financial Aid recipients are not able to exercise the buyout.
